Rich Brilliant Willing is a New York–based multidisciplinary design studio founded in 2007 by Theo Richardson, Charles Brill, and Alexander Williams. The studio works across furniture, lighting, and interiors, combining distinct perspectives into a cohesive design approach. Their work is characterized by an emphasis on materiality, form, and experimentation, often balancing sculptural qualities with functional design. Rich Brilliant Willing has produced collections for both residential and commercial contexts, as well as custom installations. The studio has received significant recognition, including being named among the “Top 40” designers by I.D. Magazine and an “Avant Guardian” by Surface Magazine.
