Lucca Zeray is a New York–based multidisciplinary designer and founder of Zeray Studio. He earned a BFA in graphic design from SUNY Purchase and further developed his practice through the Windgate Artist-in-Residence program, focusing on furniture design and fabrication. Zeray’s work spans furniture, interiors, objects, and production design, reflecting a process grounded in research, experimentation, and play. His projects often explore modularity and adaptability, with an emphasis on accessibility and long-term use. He is also the founder of Lucca House, a furniture brand centered on modular shelving systems developed in response to small-space living. In addition to his studio work, Zeray has designed consumer products, including collaborations with Areaware. Working across disciplines and scales, his practice considers how thoughtful design can balance function, flexibility, and everyday usability.
