Carlos Ng is a New York–based product and industrial designer. He graduated from Parsons School of Design with a BFA in Product Design in 2015. Ng’s work explores contemporary product design through a focus on form, material, and function. His practice draws on a range of influences, including art history, natural systems, and the built environment, resulting in objects that emphasize clarity and restraint. Working across furniture, lighting, and everyday objects, Ng develops designs that reflect a streamlined and minimal aesthetic. His approach considers how design can respond to current needs while contributing to broader conversations around the role of objects in daily life.
