Andy Rementer is an American artist and illustrator based between Philadelphia and New York City. He grew up in a Victorian beach town, an early influence that continues to inform his interest in nostalgia, color, and hand-crafted typography. He studied at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, graduating in 2004, and later spent time in northern Italy working at Fabrica before returning to the United States. Working across drawing, painting, cartooning, and animation, Rementer creates a distinctive visual world populated by stylized characters, bold patterns, and expressive color. His work draws from everyday observations, vintage graphics, and art history, often balancing humor with a subtle sense of unease. Rementer’s work has been exhibited internationally and featured in publications such as The New York Times and The New Yorker. His clients include Apple, Samsung, BMW, and Warby Parker, among others.
